Because these are digital goods delivered the instant payment is confirmed, the policy below reflects that reality rather than a template written for physical, shippable products.
Everything we sell is a downloadable PDF. There's no shipping, no waiting period, and no physical item to return — as soon as your payment is authorized, the full book is unlocked and yours to keep. That instant, irreversible delivery is exactly why our refund terms differ from a physical retailer's: once a file has changed hands, we can't "take it back," so we don't treat digital sales the way we would a returnable product.
All purchases made on this website are final and non-refundable. We do not issue refunds, partial or full, once a download link has been generated and access to the book has been granted — regardless of how much of the material you've actually opened, read, or used. This applies to every title we sell, with no exceptions based on personal preference, expectations, or timing.

The one scenario we do step in for is a genuine billing error — not a change of mind about the product itself. If you were charged twice for the same order, or your payment was captured but you never received a working download link, contact us right away. A refund is only considered if we're unable to correct the billing error or restore your access after a reasonable support attempt.
Our products are one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions, so there's nothing to "cancel" once a transaction is complete. If you want to back out of an order before it's finished — say, midway through checkout — simply close the payment window without confirming; you won't be charged.
